The Schooner Ram Victory Chimes

Thousands of pen & ink strokes of a pen went into the portrayal of the historic Schooner Ram Victory Chimes as she sailed through the Chesapeake Bay during the nation's Bicentennial Tall Ships Regatta in 1976.
