Description
This painting of the view from Herring Point in Cape Henlopen State Park was painted in oils as a commission for PNC Financial when Ellen Rice was named PNC Artist of the Year. Unexpectedly, the original edition of 450 sold out within a month. Remaining are a handful of signed, numbered full size Artist Proofs and some smaller proofs.
